Nel piano nobile della villa un grande appartamento oggi offre anche una raffinata ospitalità.
Gli arredi originali restituiscono l'affascinante atmosfera delle abitazioni nobili del passato, senza rinunciare al massimo comfort moderno.
L'appartamento è composto dai seguenti locali:
Una grande camera a due letti con vista sul parco e con accesso diretto alla terrazza del glicine.
Una camera con letto matrimoniale sdoppiabile a richiesta in due letti singoli, il balcone è rivolto a sud e gode della vista sul parco.
Un soggiorno con angolo cottura nascosto in un grande armadio completo di frigo, forno e piastre elettriche.
Due bagni completamente ristrutturati adiacenti alle camere.
L'appartamento, che vuole consentire agli ospiti il massimo comfort, è dotato di connessione Internet Wi-Fi, TV, asciugacapelli e un impianto d’aria condizionata.
La villa è dotata di ampio parcheggio e su richiesta è possibile affittare un garage.
Il paese di Costozza è collegato alla città di Vicenza da un servizio di autobus.
Il ristorante “La botte del covolo”, ricavato in una antica ghiacciaia, è accessibile direttamente dall'interno del parco, è chiuso il lunedì, altri due ottimi ristoranti sono a pochi metri dal cancello d'ingresso.
Ci scusiamo perchè al momento non siamo attrezzati per persone diversamente abili a causa delle antiche scalinate.
(In entrambe le camere è possibile aggiungere un lettino su richiesta.)
Condizioni per il soggiorno
Gli animali sono ammessi sotto responsabilità del proprietario.
Eventuali danni dovranno essere risarciti.
Non è consentito fumare nelle camere.
I prezzi includono acqua, luce, attrezzature di bagno e cucina, pulizie finali, imposte.
I prezzi si riferiscono a soggiorni di una settimana, periodi diversi dovranno essere concordati di volta in volta. Appartamento completo per una settimana: 840€ - 1400€
Si richiede alla conferma un anticipo del 30 %.
Non si accettano carte di credito.

In our historical family seat you will find a warm welcome at just one hour’s drive from Venice, at the foot of the Berici Hills, near Vicenza, for an enchanting holiday, a special event, or an unforgettable wedding party.
A large luxury apartment has been arranged for paying guests on the main floor of the villa.
The furniture is original and the bathrooms have been completely renovated for the maximum modern comfort.
The apartment consists of the following rooms.
A big bedroom with two beds directly connected with the terrace of the ancient Wisteria.
A room with a double bed with a balcony looking south on the park. Both rooms have private bathrooms and a third bed can be supplied on request.
A sitting room with a big cupboard that hides the kitchen equipment.
The apartment is equipped with TV and Air Conditioning and Internet connection.
Plenty of parking place in the garden and a garage can be rented on request. The village is connected to town by a public bus.
The old ice house of the village has been restored to be used as a restaurant “La Botte del Covolo” and it has an entrance directly from the garden of the villa, it is closed on Mondays, other two good restaurants and a grocery shop are a few meters from our front gate.
We regret to inform that no equipment for disabled is available at the moment to bypass the ancient stairs of the villa and of the garden.
RENTAL CONDITIONS
Pets are welcome at owners responsability.
Please consider that smoking in the rooms is not allowed
Prices include taxes and final cleaning and refer to periods of one whole week, different periods or conditions should be agreed upon.
No booking is confirmed without a 30 % deposit. Prices are indicative and subject to variations.
No credit cards are accepted
Weekly price for the whole apartment : € 840 - 1050 - 1400.
